Our classes

Our Reformer Pilates classes are a blend of Joseph Pilates’ principles: concentration, breath, control, flow, centering and precision, combined with personalized guidance, an enjoyable atmosphere and refined studio aesthetics.

All our classes are 50 minutes with a maximum of 10 clients per class, our instructors offer attentive, personalized guidance so you feel confident, supported and focused throughout your practice.

Pilates Strength Flow

A strength training program done on a reformer following the principles of Pilates to target muscle hypertrophy, stronger resistances, moderate cardiovascular activity.
